By accessing the Intsetse FM website, live stream or related digital services, you agree to these terms.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful material or use the service in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, station branding, original text, audio, graphics and website materials belong to Intsetse FM or are used with permission. Content may not be commercially reproduced without written permission.

User submissions and comments

You remain responsible for material you submit. We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, promotional or rights-infringing content.

Live stream and external links

Broadcast availability may be interrupted by connectivity, maintenance, licensing or circumstances outside our control. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Accuracy and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that every item is complete or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Intsetse FM is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website.
